A recent test shows that HostMonster.com is among the best when it comes to technical support.. Many different web hosts were contacted and we timed the lenght of our hold.. To our surprise we waited up to 30 minutes to speak with technical support staff from some hosts; however, HostMonster had the shortest hold time.
